Property Manager of the Year Award - Beenleigh

PRESS RELEASE

Property Manager of the Year to Beenleigh.

Property Manager of the year for Queensland was announced on New Year’s Day by the highly respected Director of the Real Estate Excellence Academy – Stacey Holt.

The award went to Jill Eisenhuth of Raine & Horne Beenleigh. There were three judges and Jill went through a rigorous technical exam as well as being judged on her people skills. For Jill who has spent the last 20 years in Property Management, it has been her driving passion and a large part of her life.

She just loves the human contact with both owners & tenants to produce a win-win situation for both parties. Tenants who are having a really hard time – with her help and guidance, they turn themselves around.

She attends every training session possible as she has seen sweeping changes during her 20 years in Property Management. Jill has an active involvement with all things Property Management by constantly updating her knowledge of all the law changes in addition to technology changes along the way.

Most importantly she is a team leader and mentor to a staff of 9 - two of which are senior Property Managers under 22 years of age.

She has developed a “Best Practice” team culture and gladly shares her knowledge with other Property Managers and is actively involved with Housing Organisations.

She is appalled at some of the poor practices of some Agents. She regularly deals with owners who are having problems with their current poor property managers. She certainly is the go-to person in Property Management.

Our Principals Dennis Wey & John Tamblyn cannot praise her enough and we are very proud of her achievements. We are glad that she has received this award that she deserves. She will of course say this award is a Team Effort!
