Bella Vista is a suburb within The Hills Shire local government area in New South Wales, Australia. It is approximately 33 kilometres north-west of Sydney.
The area is a corporate hub, with many large corporations hosting their headquarters in Norwest Business Park in Bella Vista. The business park accommodates over 20,000 employees and has a shopping centre with a Woolworths supermarket and over 25 specialty stores.
Norwest Marketown is another local shopping centre which features a Coles supermarket, cafes and many specialty stores.
The area is served by buses, with the closest railway station at Seven Hills. The New South Wales state government has commenced construction of an $8.3 billion rail project, the North West Rail Link, which will be open by the end of 2019. The project will establish railway stations at Cherrybrook, Castle Hill, Showground Rd, Norwest, Bella Vista, Kellyville, Rouse Hill and Cudgegong Road.
Schools in the area include Crestwood High, Crestwood Public School, St Michaels Primary, Matthew Pearce Primary, Gilroy Catholic College, Model Farms High School and Baulkham Hills High.
The suburb is served by Westmead Hospital and Norwest Private Hospital, with more hospitals in nearby suburbs.
