Beginning her real estate journey two decades ago in Berry, Karla has an extensive background in some of the nation's top agencies & has held significant corporate roles with leading international real estate brands. 
Her corporate career as Network Performance Manager & State Manager allowed her to collaborate with top-performing offices and individuals across Australia and New Zealand.

Karla has returned to Berry, where it all began, to lead the team as General Manager. 
The opportunity to leverage her extensive experience, proven leadership skills, love for the south coast, and the desire to spend more time with family, were pivotal factors in her decision to join the leading agency in Berry.

Energised and enthusiastic, Karla enjoys time off with family & friends relishing all the south coast has to offer, cafe's, wineries & live music are a must. Top of the list is spending time with her gorgeous grandson, sneaking rainbow ice-cream, croissants & bubba cino's while visiting every playground on the coast!
