My Life My role models are Gandhi, Einstein and my Father . I have one quote that sums up a lot of my life: “Adapt and overcome.” Whenever I’m confronted with a problem this is the first thing that comes to my mind. I used to think it was a quote from a Clint Eastwood movie but I’ve seen numerous quote’s so I’m not sure where I picked it up. The most dramatic change in my life came when I became a father. It wasn’t sudden, but within a short period of time the selfish decisions I made for myself soon became more along the line of what kind of example am I setting for my daughter,& Son’s and how am I going to prepare them for their future? I am blessed to have one very incredible woman helping me raise them. The love of my life who has brought and helped them so much that I can’t help but be extremely thankful. I love helping people. I love solving problems and doing everything we can to make sure that people receive what they want and expect from us. I love that almost every situation is unique, although there are similarities and I love that each day is incredibly different from the day before. As a kid my favorite TV shows were Gilligan’s Island, F Troop and Hogan’s Heroes. Growing up my one of my favorite times was Summer school holidays. I have very fond memories of care free days with my friends sneaking off to the beach.

tips for managing your pets when you're trying to sell your property. We all love our pets but we can often be blind to the impact they have on our houses and gardens. They might be your best friends but not in the world of real estate. 1) Let’s talk about the basics first. Many people are scared of dogs and simply dislike cats. It’s best if neither are around for open house inspections. Send them next door or to a friend’s, for as long as possible during the marketing period - that also goes for anything else that moves or could escape such as caged birds, mice, reptiles, rabbits and even ferrets. 2) Take a good look at your property, there will be animal evidence everywhere. Let’s start visually – pet fur sticks to everything – flooring, uphostery, cushions – you are going to need to vacuum, vacuum, vacuum! 3) Look out for scratched and damaged furniture and carpets. Check paintwork and door frames which may also be dirty or scratched. 4) Don’t forget outside – dogs especially cause havoc in the garden. It’s essential there are no “little surprises” waiting underfoot! 5) Which leads us to the unmentionable – the smell. Carpets are particularly affected and no amount of vacuuming or steam cleaning will eliminate odours that may have reached the underlay. The only solution is new carpet. The final test is to get your pet hating friend around with fresh eyes and a nose! Now if your property passes the test – you officially are a pet free zone!
