I went to the Gap to look at a house that was open for inspection, i mentioned to the agent that I needed to sell my home in Morayfield and could he recommend someone to me. He immediately suggested Leanne Kroes at Burpengary. I called her on the Monday and she came around to my property straight away. I signed the documents straight away for her to market it. I has suggested $699,000 and she said no, we will raise that to $715,000. So I said are you sure and she said Oh definitely.
It went to the internet straight away and two days later I had two people drive up and ask to look through. I telephoned Leanne and she arranged a viewing, and sold them on all the extras with the house and land.
They signed up immediately and settled in July.
I had such confidence in Leanne, it made me feel relieved that I was in her hands.

We spent a couple of years with our house hunting hats on – Internet sites, papers, auctions, open homes etc etc. Over that time we interacted with dozens of agents and more often than not, it was a negative experience. Although it’s necessary, we eventually ended up with a negative attitude when dealing with agents, until we met Leanne.
