At Raine & Horne Caboolture/Morayfield our experience in Property Management has led us to develop procedures and policies that encourage all parties to communicate on a regular basis. this begins from day one when we ensure that we develop a relationship with our Landlords, and as quickly as possible get to know the property and any particulars that are of concern.
From this point we can select the correct tenant for a property and again we ensure that we develop a relationship with that Tenant by outlining our expectations and advising of our tenant guidelines. Mutual respect by all parties is paramount to effective Property Management.
Property Management is a specialist skill, which requires the expertise of experienced staff with all the ability to communicate with a wide range of people with differing needs.
