Repair Request Form

Raine & Horne Cessnock have a strict policy in regard to reporting repairs and/or maintenance.

We request all tenants be fully aware of these procedures and comply at all times to ensure the process is effective.

When attending to repairs it is often necessary to organise quotes and obtain the landlord's approval - therefore, a delay is often unavoidable and we appreciate your patience in this matter.

Emergency/Urgent repairs are to be reported IMMEDIATELY by phoning the office on 02 4990 5011(refer to Section 17 of your Residential Tenancy Agreement for emergency repairs clarification)

ALL other repairs or required maintenance is to be reported to the office IN WRITING as soon as possible.
