Concord real estate agent named NSW’s best for community service

Concord, NSW (11 October 2017) – Christian Bracci Commercial & Business Development Manager, Raine & Horne Concord has made an enormous commitment to community service in Sydney’s Inner West, and now he has an award to prove it.

Mr Bracci is formally NSW’s most community-minded real estate professional, after winning the John Greig OAM Community Service Award. The Concord agent won the prestigious award at a glittering industry event held recently at Exhibition Hall, Australian Technology Park, Sydney. Mr Bracci won the award after finishing in second place in 2016.

A leading property manager in the Raine & Horne network, Mr Bracci specialises in commercial and residential leasing, and has enjoyed extensive results in Concord, Cabarita, Breakfast Point, Concord West, North Strathfield, Mortlake and Haberfield.

“Christian is a very popular member of the Concord community, who is involved in a wide range of activities such as the local Italian radio station, church groups, sporting clubs such as the Apia Leichhardt Tigers, and a number of business associations,” said Paul Pettenon, Principal, Raine & Horne Concord.

An executive member of St Fiacre’s Church Leichhardt Committee, Mr Bracci is a Father Attanasio Charitable Fund http://fatheratanasiofund.org.au/ board member, is the president of the Italian/Australian Youth group G.I.A.N and is the president of the Majors Bay Chamber of Commerce.

Other Raine & Horne office to feature prominently in the REINSW Awards for Excellence include Raine & Horne Double Bay-Bondi Beach, led by Martin Maskin and Ric Serrao. The Eastern Suburbs, real estate powerhouse, was a finalist in the Residential Agency – Medium category. Raine & Horne Newtown was a finalist in the hotly-contested Property Management category.

The Award for Excellence in Innovation was taken out by Raine & Horne Terrigal – Avoca Beach – Saratoga for the second year in row.
