In 2007 Raine & Horne Darwin was commenced through the purchase and rebranding of an existing Real Estate office in Darwin. This consisted of approximately 350 Property Managements and some 12 staff operating from the Stuart Park Premises.
Since this time the Directors recruited heavily within Darwin and abroad. The Management Team instituted a new goal which revolved around being the biggest change to occur in the Darwin Real Estate Market every year. The team adopted this goal.
The Company set about changing the face of Raine & Horne with intensive planning, world class training and aggressive marketing. Along the way Raine & Horne acquired 2 other Real Estate Agencies and increased their properties under management to in excess of 1 000 and drove their Market share to levels of over 20%.
Raine & Horne now boasts a 16 member strong sales team running from both Darwin & Palmerston locations delivering sales performances 300% larger than 2007. The Property Management Portfolio numbers in excess of 1050 properties and the Project Marketing department is handling potential developments for Sale in excess of $200 Million.
Raine & Horne Darwin employs 45 + Staff who are committed to delivering services that consistently exceed the expectations of their clients. They are aware that Real Estate is still a ‘contact sport’ which revolves around the old fashioned qualities of meeting and interacting with people who want to do business with other people.
