A little about Hannan….

Hannan arrived in the Eastern Suburbs as a toddler and attended the local primary school.

There was never a doubt Hannan was headed for real estate glory, and from high school, he rapidly knocked over his studies quick smart.

Apart from listing and selling properties and building lifelong client relationships, Hannan is equally passionate about his motorcycle, which allows him to efficiently navigate the Eastern Suburbs’ thoroughfares. 

Cooking at home in Rose Bay revs up Hannan, who loves entertaining his friends and family, but he is also quick to support local community causes for no other reason than giving back makes him feel good.

The young family man says he loves the full circle of life that working in real estate offers him. Already in his decade long career, he’s helped first home buyers upgrade to their next homes and has sold properties for other members of their family. 

Hannan professes to be Raine & Horne through and through, beginning his stellar career in our Property Management Department in 2005. Eager for new challenges, Hannan soon shifted into a sales assistant role before taking on an independent sales role in 2009.

A fast learner, in his first year of sales, Hannan was awarded Raine & Horne’s NSW Sales Agent Rookie of the Year, beating other tyro agents from across this state. Since then, he has been a member of the Raine & Horne Chairman’s Club, which recognises the Superbrand’s top performers every year. 

Apart from his first two years on this earth, Hannan maintains that selling real estate in a region he has grown up in gives him a massive head start on his competition.

Whether it’s a building, unit or house, a street, road, or avenue, Hannan is a local expert and knows the pros and cons of every location across the Eastern Suburbs.
