I have been working in real estate as a property consultant since 2001 and find that I enjoy the challenges that come with the job. Every day is different and every challenge is different. I have built a reputation for taking on every listing with total commitment and treat every home as if it were my own.
I am also known in the office as a specialist in dealing with homes where the vendor does not live in town or is vacant. The boot of my car is filled with hoses, sprinklers and cleaning gear as well as brooms for inside and outside. I like to have everything looking spick and span and you shouldn't have to pay someone to come in and do little jobs that I can do.
I really embrace the Raine & Horne motto, “We'll look after you” .
This has brought me a lot of return business, along with my work ethic and honest and open communication with my vendors when selling their most important investment that often holds many memories and can be quite an emotional time.
