Sometimes you may be faced with an emergency situation. An emergency is defined as “An event that has occurred with the potential to harm, or that may cause further damage to the property if left unattended.” As your Property Manager may only be able to be contacted during normal business hours, please follow the guidelines below in the event of an emergency.
