We have been constantly informed that spring and summer are the selling seasons for real estate, however with this comes an influx of properties to the market. A greater supply of stock could potentially reduce prices, which is great for purchasers, but not exactly what vendors are looking for.

Better advice would be to not necessarily wait for the ‘selling season’, but rather put your property on the market when it’s the right time for your property! Give me a call to find out when it could be the right time for you and your property.
