Ken Grech is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Director of the company. 

He commenced his real estate career in 1980 in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, opening offices in Sunbury in 1985, Gisborne in 1988, Woodend in 2000 and Kyneton in 2008.

Ken has been selling real estate in the Macedon Ranges for over 30 years. He is well known in the region and has been involved in many local community events and sporting groups and is an active and passionate player in the Over 45 Australian Masters Competition. 

Ken has an outstanding knowledge of all aspects of real estate, including rural and commercial sales and leasing, plus Body Corporate management.  Ken has consistently achieved recognition at the Raine & Horne State Awards, regularly winning Top Salesperson in Country Victoria for dollar sales. 

Ken is a family man with four children and has lived in the surrounding areas since 1987.
