Robert’s drive and determination to succeed on behalf of his clients stems from both his enthusiasm for the industry, and from a personal challenge he fought and won. After a shocking horse racing accident during his previous career, doctors told Robert he would not walk again. It took eight years of rehabilitation but his steely resolve was finally rewarded when he proved the experts wrong. After overcoming this setback, he then became a partner in a real estate office in Queensland before returning to his home state of Victoria. He worked in the Bayside area of Melbourne before joining the Macedon Ranges team at Raine & Horne. After only five years in the real estate industry, and just under three years with Raine & Horne, he earned 10th place – Top Salesperson (Number of Sales) in Raine & Horne’s 2011 National Awards. “If you want to do something you can – you have to continually keep striving and using all the tools at your disposal. This is the reason why I got 10th place this year. I plan to be No 1 in 5 years,” Robert said. Robert sets himself apart by doing what he says he will do. He is proud of his well-earned reputation for industry knowledge, reliability and hard work. He returns telephone calls promptly, has excellent communication skills and does his best to sooth the stresses often associated with real estate transactions. He keeps up to date with the latest industry developments and attends the Australian Real Estate Conference each year.
