John Allery has a rural background and over 10 years working in the QDI&F, previous to this he studied agriculture at University. He then went on to spent 10 years in private industry some of this as a QA manager at Swickers Bacon Factory in Kingaroy.John purchased a partnership in Raine & Horne, Kingaroy office just over 2 years ago.
John specialising in rural & acreage sales but often enjoys selling residential home to his loyal clients.
In his 6 months, John was awarded the Top Rural Salesperson Farmlets $ value award for the 2007-2008 year.
July to September quarter John received Top Rural salesperson Farmlets $ value. John received the same award in the December quarter.
2008-2009 Annual awards saw John take out Queensland Raine & Horne Rural Rookie of the year award. John was also award “Top Rural sales person Farmlets $ value in Queensland; and also become a member of the $10 million $ club.
John has in 3 years now sold more than 20 million dollars of Real Estate.
Having a good knowledge of vegetation and pastures John understands the rural industry and the complexities of the different sectors involved. Having grown up on a rural property John now owns his own cattle properties, running breeders and marketing feed-on cattle to the feedlot industry.
