Once you have viewed a property that is available for lease and you wish to proceed with applying, you will need to fill out a Residential Tenancy Application form. This form can be found on our website: Application Form. Alternatively, you can apply by clicking on the 'Apply' button against the property of interest on realestate.com.au.
Please ensure you include 100 points of ID, payslips and/or bank statements or any government documents proving income.
