Alexis has recently joined the R&H Leura sales team after almost 20 years working in events and team operations in professional sport across Australia, Asia and Europe. Alexis (or Lex as the locals know her) has called the Blue Mountains home since 2017.

Even after purchasing her own home, with her love for property, Lex continued to spend her Saturdays attending open homes - and with a growing desire for a career change that would allow her to work closer to home and play a bigger part in the local community, the seed for a move into real estate was sown.

It was during her own property search that she met R&H Leura Principal, Brenton Ebzery, and quickly came to appreciate his professionalism, communication and general operating style. It was these dealings with R&H Leura throughout her own purchase journey that led Lex to believe that the best place to learn the real estate trade when the time came, would be with Brenton and his team.

With her operational background, Lex has a flair for establishing, improving and implementing systems and procedures to increase efficiencies across all aspects of the sales process.
