I was engaged by a property owner to select a RE Agent to market a property for sale. This proved to be a more challenging task than was anticipated. After interviewing a number of RE Agents I selected Raine and Horne Liverpool. This selection was based on the experience of the Agency in marketing properties of that type, prior dealings with the RE Agent and local knowledge. I liaised with the staff at Raine and Horne throughout the marketing campaign. Unlike some other RE Agents they were flexible, welcomed input and incorporated changes requested including the nomination of a specific auctioneer. They provided timely feedback including about the opens, hits on website advertising and offers made.
