Before Real Estate, Simon founded a successful horticulture business specializing in hydroponics. Within a few years, Simon had three branches under his wing, and after leaving, the company still operates successfully. Simon started his Real Estate career working for Morton & Wright Real Estate in Forrestfield.
He then worked for Realty Executives in High Wycombe before opening up Centurion Real Estate in 2003. After building up the company, he then joined the Raine & Horne franchise.
Simon and Frank were awarded the Franchise Owners of the year in 2006– their second year trading as Raine & Horne Maida Vale.
Over the years the office has achieved many awards including Number One office in WA several times. In fact the office has just achieved Top Office in WA for 2010, a great reward in a sometimes unpredictable market and a big thank you goes to all staff for their hard work.
