Ken Simmons
Ken has been working in sales in one form or another for over 20 years and has accumulated a wealth of experience in negotiating and in dealing with people.
Before real estate, Ken was the owner/director of a wholesale lighting company which he successfully ran for 7 years and before that, owned and ran a horticultural and ponds and pumps business.
With real estate Ken believes that he has found his “niche in life”. It has always been a passion of his and he has been doing a job that he is very successful at and gets great enjoyment out of. It allows Ken to prioritize his time around the other great love of his life, his wife and 3 children.
Being a local of High Wycombe for over 20 years, Ken believes that he is well placed to offer professional, honest and accurate advice on the local and surrounding property market. Ken has also built up an impressive record of selling properties throughout the whole of the metropolitan and hills area with 28 sales in his first year in the industry.
Ken’s passion, enthusiasm, honesty and drive has allowed him to succeed beyond his and his peer’s expectations and Ken is looking forward to many years of providing exceptional service and advice as a real estate property consultant.
