Common sense, intuition and a logical, calm attitude to situations is Yvonne Smith’s approach to real estate. This philosophy has seen a hugely successful career in the property industry spanning 30 years.
She enjoys meeting clients and satisfying the needs of both purchasers and vendors and prides herself on the multitasking skills that were required to maintain a demanding career while bringing up three children. She and her husband Michael are both long term residents of the Marrickville area as were their parents and, it turns out, their children. Their two sons Nicholas and Luke Smith now own and operate the successful Raine & Horne Commercial office in Marrickville.
Yvonne runs the day to day business of the Raine & Horne Marrickville office and she has instilled her own sense of competence, trust and loyalty into her staff. “This makes each day at work satisfying and very rewarding”, she says. The holder of a real estate license, Yvonne is constantly updating her skills and keeping abreast of industry changes by attending lectures and seminars. She will always greet you with her friendly smile and warm welcome and ensure that your dealings with the company are hassle free and positive.
