Raine and Horne Mossman/Port Douglas welcome another string to their bow with the addition to their sales team of Heidi Bergen-Rawlins.
Heidi Bergen-Rawlins arrived in Port Douglas a few years ago on a day trip and that day fell in love with the area and decided to move here. Such a familiar story for so many people in the Douglas region!
Married to Chris, Heidi’s family is completed with a son, Max.
Heidi’s background is in construction, administration and interior design. This knowledge-base lead naturally to a change of career into real estate.
Heidi has become a well-known face in Port Douglas and is part of the Surf Life Saving Club, sports clubs and is Vice President of a local children’s’ charity, KIND.
Heidi has been with Raine and Horne since June 2010 as PA to David Cotton and Travis Schumacher, directors of the company. Initially applying for the job as receptionist, David and Travis saw that Heidi had the makings of being a trustworthy and capable real estate agent, and so began her training and first-hand appreciation of how the industry works.
"What Heidi lacks in experience she certainly makes up for in enthusiasm" director Travis said. "It will not take long for Heidi to make a name for herself in the industry," he said.
