Hi Monica,
Pls organise a builder to fix the plaster and to advise also of the best way to deal with the crack in the pole in the carport.
Thank you also for arranging the curtains for the tenants - very much appreciated - you have gone above and beyond and we hope that management acknowledge your great work.
With regard to the rangehood - I am not sure who can deal with that.
Pls let us know what the builder decides to do about the cornice and cracks.
