Chris is an Award Winning Real Estate Agent and Entrepreneur. He has had a plethora of achievements including, a degree in teaching and 4 years as a practising professional, a number of successful and Award Winning businesses, as well as numerous elite sporting achievements. Chris currently runs an Effective Business Unit with his PA and Sales Manager Claudia Tomkinson under the umbrella of Raine and Horne Port Stephens. He currently lives with his family of two children, Olivia and Eden and wife Victoria. His success has propelled him in the top 1% of Sales Persons Australia wide and has a reputation for being able to sell "sand to the Arabs and ice to the Eskimos", but only for the right price! His philosophy is" The relationship of a customer or client is always more important than an immediate sale. I don't believe I get paid to sell homes, I get paid to get the best result possible. I also believe you make a living by what you do and a life by what you give." His goal for the next 5 years is to give away $1million dollars. His life ambition is to have a constant increase in his quality of life while making a difference in the life of his family and friends through his passion, enthusiasm, loyalty, kindness and generosity.
