The property/s you are applying for must be viewed prior to submitting an application.

Once you have completed the form, please fax or email it to our office with all supporting documentation required:

Please ensure that all supporting documentation listed in the form is supplied with the Tenancy Application Form.

Once all required documentation is received, we will begin to process your application.

We will contact you about the progress of your application once it is processed and reviewed by the landlord. 

Should your application be successful, you will be asked to pay a holding deposit of 1 weeks rent to secure the property.
