Raine & Horne Oxenford was established in 2004 by the Ellems family. Howard Ellems is a well known & highly respected Commercial Agent & property valuer. The office was later purchased in 2007 by the current owner & Principal, Julian Porter. When Julian purchased the office in 2007 he was already one of the most successful selling Agents in the area and at just 27 years old he was one of the youngest Principals in QLD.
Business Owner and Principal Licensee, Julian Porter has been a multiple award winning real estate agent for more than nine years and during which time, he has successfully negotiated almost 500 property transactions through to settlement. Julian has been the Pacific Pines specialist for the majority of that time and as a Pacific Pines home owner and local business owner, he is passionate about the area in which he works and lives. Julian has a massive database of previous clients and maintains an extensive referral network of repeat business.
