Craig started in the industry in 1991 as a mail clerk and part time receptionist for Jones Lang Wootton in North Sydney, and remained with them for 2 ½ years to become assistant to the senior administrator. He then gained employment in the Real Estate Sales industry selling properties on the exclusive North Shore where he successfully sold real estate for 2 years; while selling he gained a passion for property management and then gained a job as property manager for a large firm in Artarmon on the north side of Sydney where he remained for several years.
Then with a move to the northern Beaches of Sydney teamed up with Raine & Horne Mona Vale, and after 3 years, was in a position to take over the rent roll. He started his own management company called Global Sales & Management which he successfully ran for 3 years before selling the rent roll to Klaric Partners at Seaforth and seeking a change of environment - he moved to the Gold Coast where he has been in property management ever since.
In his time on the Gold Coast he also had the opportunity of working with the real estate software company Console and trained property managers how to use the software. Craig also went on site to real estate agents and on-site managers to assist with reconciliation and troubleshooting with their trust account.
Craig has been with Raine & Horne Oxenford since 2008 as the Senior Property Manager and is enjoying the Professional and friendly environment with the team at Raine & Horne Oxenford, and providing an above average service to his clients.
