Emma Nicholson has worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 4 years, starting in Sales Administration and then as an Assistant Property Manager in her mid-teens before taking the exciting leap to Property Manager.
Emma has completed both Certificates III and IV in Business Management and is fully compliant with REIQ, PAMDA & the Residential Tenancies Act. She has a passion for Property Management and maintaining high professional industry standards. She finds her position exciting, challenging and rewarding.

When not in the office, Emma enjoys spending time with friends and family, or stocking up on shoes at one of the many shopping centres on the Gold Coast. Born in Newcastle, NSW and raised on the Gold Coast, Emma is a typical Gold Coast girl who loves the surf, sun and sand.
