John F Surian, Proprietor & Managing Director
After graduating from university in 1972, John started his career in the specialty sectors of industrial and commercial real estate until in, 1976 he established the Parramatta office which led him to also focus on the residential sector.
This strong personal platform of diversification coupled with the employment of a complimentary, skilled team of professionals combining youth, knowledge, energy and experience as over the past 33 years resulted in the Parramatta office being recognised as being one of Sydney’s leading operations, able to offer a truly broad based “one stop shop” level of service to its many clients.
John, a busy family man as well as advising his many clients and customers, finds time and energy to help the community.

In addition to the direct sale, leasing and management of real property, John Surian has acted as real estate advisor and consultant for a diversity of clients including government, corporate, private and international entities.
