Martin Newell first became a resident of Port Macquarie with his parents in 1978, and completed his primary and secondary schooling locally. Martin initially embarked on a Police and Military career, however was soon recruited into the private sector as a business manager and trainer. In 1998 Martin bought a rural property in the area and he commuted back and forth to Sydney for his career. In 2002 Martin sold his business interests in Sydney and bought another rural property in the area, that he developed and later sold, and during this selling process Martin was recruited into real estate.
Since then Martin has been involved in Real Estate as a fulltime profession, rising from a Sales Executive to a Sales Manager, and through to business ownership. Martin brings to the table many years of real estate experience, local knowledge and proven success, having sold more than 500 properties in the Port Macquarie - Hastings council area. Martin has received a great deal of industry based recognition, having received numerous awards, many placing him in the top 1% of agents on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Martin believes that the key to success in real estate is high quality service, local knowledge and getting the best possible result every time for your vendors.
