The senior management team has been at Jacksons Landing since its inception and know Jackson's Landing, Pyrmont and the City West area better than any other agency.

Stephen Whyte and Gerard Payne have extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate business. Between them they've amassed over 45 years of combined real estate knowledge, most of which has been attained in the local area.
Having been involved with Jacksons Landing since its inception, they've enabled everyone at Raine & Horne City Living to now share this unique intimate knowledge of this vibrant waterfront village. This rare local awareness is reflected in the positively to all the clients of Raine & Horne City Living in all aspects of their business from property listing and Sales to Property Management and Leasing.
Having spent most of their time focused on the unique requirements of the City & City West areas, and having worked with a variety of clients and developments, has enabled both Stephen and Gerard to understand the key ingredients for creating a successful agency that can deliver consistently high results for its customers.
Stephen and Gerard both share a background based on hard-work, a commitment to quality and a commitment to exceeding accepted standards of service and delivery. They each share a strong work ethos, clear vision and motivation for success which they infuse into every aspect f the Raine & Horne City Living achievement, ensure that all areas of Sales and Property Management at Raine & Horne City Living continue to deliver premium results for their clientele.

During the course of business, it's nice to be able to make a financial commitment to a worthy, charity or activity. Raine & Horne City Living have chosen the "Sydney Children's Hospital" at Randwick, as their funding recipient. All referral fees & commissions received from landlord's insurance and Direct Connect (for Utility Connections) are not kept for business profit or staff rewards, however they are passed on in full, to the 'Sydney Children's Hospital'. Our landlords and tenants are aware of these arrangements and fully support this activity.
