I grew up in Sydney where I initially lived in Strathfield and I attended Trinity Grammar School. I live on the Lower North Shore. I am married and a proud parent of 2 young sons. I am passionate about working in Real Estate.
My enthusiasm started 19 years ago when I bought my first property in Kirribilli whilst working as a Bond Trader for a Swiss American Investment Bank.
I find Real Estate challenging and believe owning a property is the best method for people to accumulate wealth and family security.
For the last 14 years I have been the owner of Raine & Horne Seaforth and I am now the agency principal. During this time I have made many lasting friendships and 70% of my business comes from referrals. When a client engages me to handle the sale of their property they can feel confident that they are dealing with the area’s best real estate negotiator.
Some of my achievements and credentials are:
* Fully Licensed real estate agent with a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management) and a member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW.
* Member of Raine & Horne Multi Million Dollar Club (a club for elite real estate operators of the industry), having negotiated over $500 million dollars of real estate sales in the Seaforth/Manly area.
* Continually undertaking personal development and training courses related to the real estate industry and have completed 14 of these courses, covering topics such as real estate negotiation, real estate marketing and auction sales.
* Past Chairperson for the Raine & Horne Northern Beaches Region
* Member of Mount Difficult Golf Course in Victoria and a life member of the NSW Rugby Union. I also represented Sydney University Rugby Club and was selected to tour South Amercia and I’m a past Kings old Boys Rugby Club 1st grade coach.
