SUMMARY OF BOOKING CONDITIONS
FOR FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE REFER TO WEB SITE OR ATTACHMENT TO
INVOICES

Please read the following conditions carefully as they form the basis for acceptance of all bookings. These conditions apply to all holiday bookings made with HBLP Pty Ltd trading as Raine & Horne Snowy Mountains ACN 141 565 317, directly or through their agents, contractors or employees. Here after referred to as the company.
GST - is applicable and as required by the Australian Tax Office, has been included in the cost of services published in this brochure, currently 10%. Please Note that not all suppliers are required to be registered for GST and
It can not be assumed that the price automatically includes GST.

Direct Booking:
Deposits - a deposit of 50% of the total booking price is payable within 5 days of the booking being made. Any deposit not received within 5 days may be cancelled without notice. On receipt of the deposit, confirmation will be sent.
Balance Due - All bookings require balances to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy- bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 15% of total invoice value.

Online Booking:
100% of the booking price will be taken via credit card upon booking. $22.00 online booking fee will be charged and credit card fees 1.65% for Visa and MasterCard 3.3% for American Express.
Bookings cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of total invoice value. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of total invoice value.
Credit Card Payments- surcharges apply to credit card payments: 1.65% for MasterCard, Visa and Bankcard. 3.3% for American Express.
Dishonoured Cheques- will incur a fee of $30 per cheque.
Amendment fee - a $50 fee will apply to any amendments to bookings. If the amendment involves changing properties, this will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply, unless the company is able to re-let the accommodation for the same period of time.

Refunds - any claims for refunds must be made directly with the company. Only the company management can authorise refunds and only when approved by the supplier of accommodation or services. Refunds cannot be given for unused portions or components of a holiday, nor can components be substituted for alternative products.

Bond - a credit card bond is required as property security upon check in. In the event no Credit Card details are available, the company reserves the right to use the credit card details provided at the time of booking or to request cash.
The company reserves the right to release any part of the bond for excess cleaning or repair costs for any damages.
Arrival and Departure times will be advised on your travel vouchers.

Check in and check out times vary between resorts and lodges and these will also be advised on your travel documentation.

Brochure content and Validity - Rooms and scenes in the brochure are representative property types and resorts and are not necessarily the same as those supplied. Area maps are a guide and not to scale. Descriptions of facilities and amenities shown are subject to change at any time.

The company has made every effort to ensure that content of any marketing material is accurate at the time of print, but subject to any statutory liability which may not be excluded by law, the company is not liable for any error, omission or inaccuracy of marketing content.

General Conditions - the accommodation is let to you for holiday purposes only for the period stated on your invoice. The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated on the invoice. The company cannot be responsible for actions taken by owners or agents of properties; this is out of our control, however, every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Packages are subject to individual conditions. Consideration must be given to neighbours and noise and behaviour must be kept to an acceptable level. In home units, StrataTitle by-laws and regulations must be observed. Pets are not permitted on the premises or into the national park. No responsibility is taken for occupant’s personal property left on/in the property.

The company nor anyone representing the company or whom it represents shall be liable for any death, loss, injury, accident, damage to personal property, misrepresentation, mechanical failure, delays or acts of God.

  • Cheque
  • Money Order

INSURANCE:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We offer affordable travel Insurance to guard against cancellation charges due to injury, illness and personal liability.
