Concord is a suburb in Sydney’s inner-west, 15km from the CBD, in the local government area of the City of Canada Bay. Concord is known as the 'parkland suburb' of the inner-west.

Concord features a small shopping strip on Majors Bay Road, with several cafes and restaurants with al fresco dining. The strip includes a pharmacy, clothing shops, TAB, newsagent, doctors, estate agent, florist, video rental, deli, supermarket, takeaway shops, dry cleaners, family butcher and squash courts.

The area is well served by Sydney Buses services. There is a train station in nearby Concord West.

Schools include Concord Public School, Concord High School, St Mary's Primary School and Mortlake Public School.

Concord Repatriation General Hospital (CRGH), commonly referred to as Concord Hospital, is a major hospital located on Hospital Road, Concord. It is a teaching hospital of the University of Sydney, where it is referred to as Concord Clinical School. CRGH is home to the NSW Statewide Severe Burn Injury Service and the Bernie Banton Centre, an asbestos diseases research institute.
