Tenancy Application
Tenancy Applications will be distributed at the open house inspection.
Prior to any Tenancy Application being considered each applicant is required to produce sufficient identification with their application.
Must Include:
▪ Photo Identification (Drivers License/ Passport/ Proof of Age Card)
▪ Pay Advice
▪ Tenancy History Ledger or Council/Water Rates
Must have 3 of the following:
▪ Previous Tenancy Agreement
▪ Previous four Rent Receipts
▪ Rental Bond Receipt
▪ Motor Vehicle Registration
▪ Telephone Account
▪ Electricity Account
▪ Gas Account
▪ Bank or Credit Card Statements
▪ Pension Card
▪ Health Care Card
▪ Medicare Card
▪ Birth Certificate
