In 1990, I chose Real Estate as my career. I am a fully qualified and licensed agent and auctioneer in NSW. Some of my qualifications include; Diploma of Business specialising in real estate and Diploma in Business specialising in Property Services.
I prefer to concentrate on 5-10 selected clients at any one time to enable me to best concentrate my energies and maximise my service and attention.
To date I have achieved a success rate of over 70% of homes/properties sold within 42 days from whence marketing commenced.
During my 20 years selling Real Estate, I have become acutely aware of the frustrations caused by poor feedback/communication on the part of the agent. Thus I strive to be in regular communication with my clients. One of my aims is to become something more than just an agent. Regular feedback takes the worry out of selling and keeps the client in the picture at all times.
