Bob Hitchens
- migrated with his wife Sue from Oxford in the UK in 1983 to live and work in Grong Grong. Despite the huge culture shock, he and Sue made their home there for almost twenty years, building a home and raising their two children Daniel and Rhiannon in the friendly community of the Grong Grong district. The move to Wagga in 2003 coincided work commitments as well as the desire to use the some of the excellent schooling facilities that exist in Wagga.
Until joining Raine & Horne, Bob had worked in the pork industry as a provider of consultancy services to the pork industry, where professionalism, customer service and helping his clients to reach their goals were a primary focus.
He believes that professionalism, service and commitment to helping people reach their goals is just as important in the real estate industry, especially as in most cases the process of buying and selling of property is a very personal one and the end result needs to be one of total satisfaction for all parties concerned.
Bob is actively involved in the local sporting community as the secretary of the Riverina Umpires Association and as a Goal Umpire in the RFL and FFL leagues. He is also an active member of the Wagga School of Arts Community Theatre (SOACT). So if you don’t see him helping people achieving their goals in the property market, no doubt you will on the footy field or on stage!!!
