Market Update January 2017

Hi, Grant from Raine & Horne Bathurst here for our first market update for 2017.

We’ve had a sensational start to what is traditionally quiet time of the year. Already – we’ve had 28 exchanges in our office, and an additional 23 written sales so far for 2017.

If this is any indication of the months ahead, we are in for a huge year. With property selling as soon as it hits the market, there are buyers out there looking for homes, and demand is high.
