Our last month of winter is over and Spring is well under way!

We had a great month here at Raine & Horne Bathurst with 25 properties sold in August. 

Raine & Horne Bathurst continue to provide a quality service to the Bathurst community, with 31% of market share for sold listings in the region in August, positioning us as the number 1 agency for the month. 

Older homes in the CBD are proving to be a huge draw card in the current market place, with buyer demand at an all time high. We are still seeing a lack of available land, which continues to push new home prices up, and create urgency amongst buyers.
