Market Update September 2017

Raine & Horne Bathurst sold a total of 25 sales in the month of September, with property prices ranging from $240,000 to $895,000.

There have been a large variety of property types selling, a real mix including an influx in acreage sales. 

A big demand for properties on small acreage with a lot of people looking for the convenience of living 5 minutes from town, while still enjoying the space and privacy that acres provide. Buyers are paying a premium price to secure this. 

Auctions through the month have worked very well, with the pressure to commit, the team are achieving a lot of sales before the auction date, making both our vendors and our purchasers very happy. 

The influx of new builds hitting the market are still selling well, the continued lack of residential land is still a real issue in the Bathurst area.
