Property Matters, August Newsletter

Welcome to the August edition of Property Matters.

Recent snow in the region has seen plenty of 'snowmen' appearings on the sides of the road between Bathurst and Lithgow, however the cold snap hasn't dampened demand for rental properties with vacancy rates still hovering around a very low 1.8%.

As well, we are now seeing signs that recent interest rate cuts are starting to have an impact on the market with July recording the highest volume of sales so far this year.

Many experts are predicting a future cut in interest rates prior to Christmas, we'd have to "watch this space"...

We hope you enjoy this edition!

Major restructure of our Property Management Department

We are delighted to announce a major restructure of our Property Management Department aimed at improving thquality of service we provide our clients and, in turn, reducing the work load of our Property Managers.

So what's changing?
We are engaging two new Property Managers, Christine Williams (on the right) and Angela Massay, currently our Repairs Manager. This change will effectively reduce the size of our current Property Managers' portfolios by almost 30%.

This will free up significant time to ensure that our Property Mangers are better equipped to respond to the ever changing demands of their role and, in turn, provide you with a high level of service.
