Property Matters, July Newsletter

Welcome to the July edition of Property Matters.

Winter has now well and truly set in and we have just said goodbye to another financial year.

Focus for our property investors will now shift to preparing their tax returns for the 2018/19 financial year. With that in mind, we have included in this edition a useful guide for eligible deductions you can claim against your rental homes as well as how depreciation deductions can add value to your tax return.

As always we recommend you consult with your accountant for professional advice on the matter.

Winter also means its Bathurst Winter Festival time again!
To let the celebrations begin, we have included the program for you of this years festivities and we encourage all of our clients to get involved.

We hope you enjoy this edition!
