Colin Bice

A licensed Real Estate Agent, Strata Manager and Business Broker commencing in the industry in 1996, Colin started with First National before moving to Dowling to open and manage its first Wallsend Office in 1997, the experience leading to venture into business ownership of Raine & Horne Wallsend in 1998, continuing to grow to the current four office network in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the lower Hunter region.

Colin has managed the sale of over 6,000 properties and his business is entrusted with the management of some 1,500 rental properties.

Colin carries a strong knowledge across all real estate disciplines as well as a skillset in property development, from initial assessment and analysis, steps required through the approval process to marketing and completion of the project.

After assessing the available real estate offerings, re-joining the Raine & Horne network in 2019 was an easy decision, as a family owned Franchise, Raine & Horne carry much aligned business values and objectives with our business. Angus Raine is a hands on leader and has a dedicated and enthusiastic team behind him.
Keeping up with technology was paramount and Raine & Horne were way ahead of their competitors in this space.
