Restrictions on how people spend their money, such as the lack of overseas travel has pushed more Australians to either invest in property or purchase secondary dwellings.  We are seeing a lot of these buyers in the Shoalhaven region.

Currently stock shortages mean there is not enough stock on the market to satisfy buyers, leading to a significant reduction in the number of days on market.

With online engagement and property views at their highest over the Christmas/New Year period, we expect a busy start to 2021.
