“ Our situation at the time was Donna had work commitments and I was mostly free and working on maintaining the home to a high standard. On first meeting Kimberly I was impressed with her positivity and politeness and invited her to have a look at different options to sell and to give an appraisal too. She was always punctual and asked for permission before doing anything. It was a great idea to involve the rest of the local Raine and Horne team with a caravan and it gave us an opportunity to meet them. We had considered renovating the bath room and other things however we would have had to ask for more money and risk sending the price to high and the time taken would mean we could miss the boat all together. We wished to try and sell as a silent vendor with no success Kimberly advised us to sell we needed to find a buyer so we went live, this was also prompted by a floundering market and with the risk that the royal commission will be cracking down on finance. The market appraisal along with quoting expenses was very well done, clear and well set out. The open house and other inspections stepped up a gear, with many people coming through the property. The property report was excellent and in great detail too. This gave us good feedback and a fare idea what was going on, who was interested and any offers or feedback from the public. The use of different types of media to maximise the coverage of the sale is a good marketing. The photography was of a very high standard and the flyer and shop window advertising. At no time did we become concerned or irritated during the process. We may have become ran down from constantly preparing the home for inspections. This was mainly to do with the time of year being autumn and the trees dropping a lot of mess but it was worth it in the end. The price that was secured was much higher than we had hoped for. (Considering not spending more on renovating) Kimberly worked with the purchases and the solicitor’s to secure a quick sale. In reflection it was an exciting time without any stress because the stress was absorbed by Kimberly all we had to do was present the property as best as possible and she did the rest.
