With two decades of experience in the field of Property Management, and as co-owner at Raine & Horne, John enjoys offering our landlords a personalised service by getting to know them and providing support in a hands-on manner. Heading up the Property Management team, John's role is customer focused. At the beginning when meeting with his clients, John establishes the clients needs and expectations on their investment. From there, John will provide expert advice to achieve the result. From minor renovations to value-added additions, such as air conditioning or more built-in cupboards, John will highlight what tenants look for in a home to achieve optimum rental return. When John presents recommendations to his clients detailing what they need to do to get the best rental price, more often than not landlords will move forward with what he suggests, and that is a great compliment. It demonstrates clients trust and value his expertise. At Raine & Horne, we’re fortunate to have landlords that have stay with our agency for over 15 years, as one of the agencies owners, John provides continuity for his clients. As well as automating most of our office systems, we now include virtual furniture in property photos and this has made a huge difference to the people attending rental inspections.
