Debbie is a Real Estate sales professional with over 18 years of experience selling and marketing property on the Gold Coast. Specialising in resale apartments, new apartments off the plan and luxury waterfront homes.

Debbie keeps a close eye on the latest interior design trends assisting her clients with styling advice in preparation to list their home for sale or add those more personal touches to their new purchase.

The art of negotiating to secure the right outcome, whilst keeping buyers and vendors well informed is gratifying to Debbie and her love of selling properties to her clientele is obvious. Her reputation and enthusiasm to help people meet their property goals across the Gold Coast has continued since she first started in her real estate career.

Having worked in very successful Real Estate Agencies in both Mermaid Beach and Surfers Paradise had Debbie being a consistent and successful Property Agent sitting in the top 10 % of Sales Consultants on the Gold Coast and QLD. Working directly with some of the largest and most successful property developers the transition to becoming the Principal and owner of her own Real Estate Agency under the banner of the highly respected Raine and Horne franchise was a natural progression for the dedicated Property Sales Professional.

Debbie has the support of her Husband Tony Pell, a Licensed Agent himself looking after the ‘day-to-day’ running of the office, Sales and Property Management Staff.

Having many years of experience with sub-division, construction of new homes and developments has been a real asset Debbie being able to assist many of her clientele over the last 18 years.

When Debbie is not spending time with her family she will be watching equestrian sporting competition on TV, having been a Riding Instructor for many years Debbie.

Debbie is community minded and worked as the Request Coordinator for the Gold Coast Community Fund assisting the sick and incapacitated members of the community with funding for 2 ½ years becoming runner up in the ‘Women in Business’ awards for her work within a Charity Organisation in 2013.
