Natasha launched her Real estate career early 1998 completing her Office Administration in Business (Level 3) Certificate whilst being a receptionist. Within a year, Natasha took a keen interest in property management and went on to complete her Agent’s Representative course with the REIV. Before she knew, Natasha became an assistant Property Manager whilst learning the ins and outs of Residential Trust accounting which then lead Natasha to complete her Advance Trust Accounting course and then becoming a full-time Trust Accountant which is what she prides herself on. 19 Years later and Natasha is still working as a trust accountant which grew from Residential to Commercial. With a young family Natasha decided to work part-time and closer to home so she could have a perfect life-work balance.
Today, Natasha’s character is well known amongst her closest friends as being highly loyal, approachable and very meticulous. With no surprise, her colleagues see the same level of passion being applied to everything from processes to final outcomes.
In the first six months of joining the Raine & Horne team, Natasha has quickly set the industry standard in Commercial & Residential trust accounting. She has already implemented our new PayWay Card for our Commercial tenants to pay their rents and outgoings and is constantly looking for new systems & processes to keep Raine & Horne up to speed. This greatly assist the Property management team to safeguard efficiency and accuracy in every process.
