What will you do?
Property Managers are responsible for Millions of Dollars of real property, in this role you will ensure our clients’ best interest (both Landlords & Tenants) are your priority. You will be across all of our systems and not only be competent with, but love the Apple Operating System. Technology is your friend, and amplifies your skill set helping you achieve more. As an all-rounder you’ll need to have initiative to recognise and deliver on an opportunity. You will also be encouraged to up-skill on a regular basis. Phone calls, video chats, routines, exits, entries, leasing, to name a few tasks; these are a typical day.

Property Managers have superior communication skills, are willing to learn, adaptable, IT savvy and able to quickly pick up new systems, they are up for a challenge and willing to continually develop and grow personally and professionally. Systems and Procedures
We have systems in place for our current business structure, and are continually developing new ones that help us grow and achieve more. Keeping thorough notes and keeping on top of processes is paramount to great results and a fun office environment.
We believe everyone has a part to play in all facets of the firm. We have clients walk in regularly and you will be great at helping them find what they are looking for, and directing them to the information they need.

What can we do for you? The Finer Details
- This role reports directly to the Director.
- A 6 month probation will apply.
- We’ll work with you to ensure you have the appropriate equipment and software licenses.
- Remuneration – As per Award
- This is a full time position.
